Question 1

What can I expect during a typical session?

Before you have even arrived for your session, I have already started working with the guides and prepared the room bespoke for you. 
The music frequencies, aromatherapy oils, incense, resins etc are already specifically for your session.  You will be greeted into a safe, luxurious, private healing space and served a still or sparkling water to your liking infused with mint and cucumber.

We will sit down together to start with and allow the energies to connect more strongly.  We will have a chat about anything you wish to discuss, this part is entirely led by you. You can speak about whatever you wish and can set an intention if you want to. You can also say nothing and decide to receive the energy and see what comes through.

The next part of the session is the energy healing, where you will be invited to lie down on your back on my very comfortable heated treatment bed. A relaxing crystal eye mask will gently be placed over your eyes. From this point all you need to do is completely relax and receive the energy. Most of my clients fall into a deep sleep at this stage and find they are ultra-relaxed.  I will then go into a channelling trance state and begin the energy session by opening up your Akashic Records. I then start receiving and downloading visions and information from the team of guides. I work with your chakra points and I am guided throughout the session on what is required for you specifically in this session.  I will massage a blend of sacred aromatherapy oils specially selected for you into your third eye chakra, temples and forehead. This facilities opening the 3rd eye chakra and  further relaxes the bodies entire nervous system and releases all tension.  
Once I have completed the energy work I then seal the energies and place you in a high level of protection. Whilst I am still in the channelling trance I will pull 3 cards from a special deck that I work with for you as I am guided.

For the next part of the session you will be gently awakened from the treatment bed and slowly make your way back to our original seated position. I will then start the download where I will recite everything that has come through in your energy session. It is very detailed and specific as I go through all the visions, messages, guidance, visitors (could be passed loved ones / your guides) and prophecy that has come through specifically for you.  I will explain the energy work that has been completed. Given every individual's requirements are so different each session is entirely unique, it may include all or any of the following: Soul retrievals, past life healings, karmic healing /clearing / balancing, energy/ entity clearings, removing blockages, activations of your gifts and abilities and much more.  
I will then reveal the 3 cards that have been pulled for you and intuitively read these to give you extra guidance.
This part of the session is recorded and then sent to you after the session including the card reading.

Once the recording is finished you then have the opportunity to ask any questions or talk through anything you may want further clarity on.
You will leave the session feeling amazing and with reassurance, very clear guidance and very deep insights.

Clients begin to notice positive shifts and changes start happening in their lives immediately after their sessions with me and this continues on for weeks and months after the session.

What is Psychic Soul Healing - Online (90 mins)?

The process for this is exactly the same format as the in person session with a few adjustments:
Allow 60 - 90 minutes for this session.

Distance Psychic Soul Healing Session Details:

I will call you at our confirmed appointment time on What’s App face time.
We will first have a chat, connect and set the intention before we start your session.

All you need to do is sit or lie down alone, quietly and comfortably with no distractions. 
Listen to the music piece (I will send this to you before the session) relax, close your eyes and simply receive the energy. 
Make sure you are warm (blankets are a good idea) and have been to the bathroom before the session. 
Most of my clients will actually be lying in their own beds for the distance sessions so it is very comfortable and easy.

You may have any of your crystals/ essential oil around you and light any candles/ incense of your choice if you wish to. 
(This is not essential and also perfectly fine without).

I will send your comprehensive channeled soul and card readings via voice recording on What’s App after I finish the healing work on you. 
I will let you know what has come through. (You may listen to this recording at any time after your session).

After the session I encourage you to relax and have a herbal tea if possible. Drink water and stay hydrated.
