1. General Information

Company Details: Align Yoga Reigate is located at The Loft, Brewery yard, 19c High St, Reigate RH2 9AA, and offers yoga classes, workshops, events, private sessions, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms: By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all studio attendees, whether purchasing classes, packages, memberships, workshops, or using the website.

Changes to Terms: Align Yoga Reigate reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website.

2. Studio Etiquette

Respectful Behavior: All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio without refund.

Class Etiquette:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class.

Shoes must be removed before entering the practice area.

Phones should be silenced during class.

Cleanliness: Ensure proper hygiene is maintained while attending classes. Use a towel and wipe down any borrowed equipment after use.

3. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Classes: All classes must be booked in advance via our website, app, or in person.

Class Cancellation Policy:

Classes can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the start time without penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of a class credit or a charge.

Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, it will be automatically assigned, and a notification will be sent.

4. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any health issues or injuries prior to participating in any class or activity. Participation is at your own risk.

Consultation: If you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, or recent surgeries, please consult with a doctor before attending any class.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in yoga or other studio activities carries some risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activities in the studio.

COVID-19 and Public Health Compliance: Clients agree to follow all studio guidelines related to health and safety, including any requirements for face masks, social distancing, or vaccination proof if required.

5. Memberships and Class Packages

Non-Transferable: Memberships, class packages, and credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser unless otherwise specified.

Expiration: Class packages and memberships have expiration dates, which are specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions or credits will not be refunded or extended after expiration.

Membership Freeze: Membership freezes for vacations or illness are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior notice.

6. Workshops, Events, and Private Sessions

Registration and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking workshops, events, or private sessions.

Cancellations:

Workshops/Events: Non-refundable unless the studio cancels the event. Transfers to another individual may be permitted.

Private Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7. Payments and Refunds

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, cash (in person), and online payment systems like PayPal.

Refunds:

Class packages and memberships are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical conditions or relocation.

Refunds for workshops or special events will only be provided Align Yoga Reigate cancels the event.

Chargebacks: Any chargeback on a payment will result in immediate suspension of the client's access to services until the issue is resolved.

8. Liability Waiver

Release of Liability: By participating in classes, events, or other activities at Align Yoga and Pilates Reigate , you agree to release the studio, its instructors, staff, and owners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may arise as a result of your participation.

Voluntary Participation: You understand that yoga and physical exercises involve risk, and you participate voluntarily. It is your responsibility to stop any activity if you experience pain or discomfort.

9. Intellectual Property

Studio Materials: All content, logos, designs, and materials provided by Align Yoga Reigate, including class sequences and digital content, are protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced without prior written consent.

Photography and Recording: Clients are not permitted to take photos or videos during classes without prior permission from both the studio and the instructor.

10. Privacy Policy

Client Data: Align Yoga Reigate collects and processes personal data such as name, contact information, and payment details to manage bookings and provide services. Personal data is treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Marketing Communications: By providing your email address, you agree to receive occasional marketing communications from Align Yoga Reigate. You can opt-out of these communications at any time.

11. Termination of Services

Studio Rights: Align Yoga Reigate reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who violates these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others in the studio.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Great Britain.
