1. Introduction

This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions under which Eden (“the Practitioner”) provides services to you (“the Client”). By purchasing, booking, or participating in any session, class, program, or event, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

All services are offered as a professional, commitment-based container. By entering this Agreement, the Client acknowledges the importance of personal responsibility, consistency, and respect for the Practitioner’s time and energy.

2. Sessions – Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable once purchased, except at the sole discretion of the Practitioner. By booking, the Client commits to the agreed time and investment.

Client Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or credit provided.
Missed sessions or no-shows are treated as completed sessions and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Practitioner Discretion

Any exception to this policy (including credits or rescheduling outside of the stated terms) is made entirely at the Practitioner’s discretion and does not set a precedent for future cases.

Repeated cancellations, rescheduling requests, or lack of commitment may result in the Practitioner terminating the working relationship without refund.

3. Classes, Courses, Events & Programs

Strict No Refund Policy

All bookings for classes, courses, workshops, retreats, and multi-session programs are final once purchased.
No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued for:

Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Personal circumstances
Missed sessions
Partial attendance

This applies regardless of whether the Client attends, completes, or fully participates.

Transfers & Credits

Transfers, credits, or future access may be offered only at the Practitioner’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

Practitioner Cancellations

If the Practitioner must cancel a class or event, the Client will be offered either:

A rescheduled date, or
A credit toward a future offering

Refunds will only be issued if the Practitioner cancels and no alternative is provided.

4. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions or programs is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where legally required. The Client also agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Practitioner and other participants.

5. Liability Disclaimer

No Guarantees

The Practitioner does not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on the Client’s commitment, participation, and personal circumstances.

Not Medical or Emergency Care

Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. The Client is responsible for consulting appropriate professionals when needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in services. The Client accepts full responsibility for their choices, actions, and well-being.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Communicate honestly and respectfully
Arrive on time and prepared
Take responsibility for their own health, safety, and decisions
Engage willingly and consciously in the process

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

The Practitioner may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales (or replace with your preferred jurisdiction).

Acceptance

By purchasing or participating in any service offered by the Practitioner, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and understands that all purchases are final.
