Coaching calls are short and snappy, to set aligned goals so you have a specific thing to focus on. We set up your weeks on the call so you don’t need to worry about lengthy check in forms. The education is self-guided so you have access to it when you need it most.

What if I need a lot of support?

We meet every month for a deep coaching call, BUT you also get access to On the Spot SPARK (message support with a 24 hour response time). So, I am in your pocket whenever you need. The aim of this programme is to empower you with the knowledge and strategies to get your spark back and keep it, without my help eventually.

How do I know this will work for me?

Everyone is unique which is why I offer bespoke 1:1 support. By the end of our time together you will have built a solid routine to bring your spark back and learnt practical strategies to take the stress out of gut health while learning to trust your gut again. If I am unable to support you, I will refer you to someone who can.
