Social SEO is about helping your content get found on social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. I optimise every element of your content from keywords in captions and alt-text to profile optimisation so your ideal audience can discover you organically through search.

📅 3. How does the process work?

You can either enquire and be invited to a discovery call or you can go ahead and book in for a discover call yourself. We'll discuss what you're looking for in terms of support. From there, I’ll create a tailored proposal outlining your potential strategy, deliverables, and investment. Once the agreement and first payment are complete, we begin with a strategy phase before moving into ongoing management, content creation or consultancy.

💸 4. How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the scope for example, whether you need full management, strategy-only support, or consulting. Most management retainers start from £1,200 per month, while other projects typically start from £800 and range up to £5,000. Custom quotes are always provided after our discovery call. If you have budget requirements below the minimum stated above please email me first before booking a discovery call so we can discuss your budget further and if I am still able to provide support in your budget then we will get a call booked in.

For ongoing management, I work on a 3-month minimum term to allow time for strategy, implementation, and measurable results. Strategy or consulting sessions can sometimes be booked as one-off projects.

Accepted Answer

I completely understand that business circumstances can change. I ask for 60 days’ written notice to cancel or pause ongoing retainers. Full details are outlined in my Terms & Conditions including what happens with pre-paid packages and credits. If you wish to give less than the 60 days written notice, this will be considered on a case by case basis.

To keep everything on track, deadlines are built into your project timeline. If feedback or approvals are delayed, it may affect publishing schedules. I’ll always communicate clearly if adjustments are needed, but consistency and collaboration help get the best results.

Absolutely. All client information, strategies, and documents are kept strictly confidential and stored securely in line with UK GDPR. Your privacy and trust are a top priority. If you would like to be featured on my own social accounts as a client I will need this in writing.

While I don’t guarantee specific numbers (since algorithms, industries, and trends vary), I do guarantee a data-driven, strategic approach that’s proven to build reach, visibility, and engagement over time. Every decision I make is backed by insight and experience.

I typically onboard new clients at the start of each month. Spaces are limited to ensure quality and focus, so I recommend enquiring early if you’re looking to begin within the next 4–6 weeks.

Yes! I offer one-off strategy sessions and social media audits for brands that want clarity and direction before investing in ongoing management. These are perfect if you’d like expert insights without a long-term commitment.

Accepted Answer

Yes this can be included in your management package depending on your goals. Engagement is key to growth, so I often include proactive community management where it supports your strategy. Any community management that exceeds the scope of my full management can be quoted separately as an extra service.
