Not at all. My classes are designed to be accessible to all levels—whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years. It’s about reconnecting with your body and breath, not achieving perfect poses.

Just a yoga mat, a quiet space, and a willingness to show up as you are. You might also like to have a cushion or block for support, and a blanket for breathwork or rest at the end.
