What can I expect during a typical session of Reiki/ Crystal Healing ?

A typical session with me uses  Reiki, & Crystal Healing either as a focused single modality or a harmonious combination tailored to your needs. Your session begins with a warm welcome and short check-in to tune into your energy. You'll lie comfortably (fully clothed) while I intuitively place crystals and channel Reiki or apply gentle energy techniques both hands on and off . Many clients report sensations of warmth, tingling, emotional release, and deep calm. By the end,of the session many clients report feeling  lighter, grounded, and emotionally clearer. However every individual is different and their experience is personal to them .Each session is unique yet always anchored in safety, compassion, and deep energetic support.

What can I expect during a couples / group session For Reiki /Crystal Healing  ?

couples / 2 people - the session will be much the same as a 1-2-1 session however there will be times when I work with both of you simultaneously and individually. We will begin the session by grounding, setting intentions and opening the space for healing.

small groups up to 4 people. The session will be performed in a circle setting and will be tailored to each group. each person will be receiving individual healing. we will be primarily focusing on one or two chakra points with and without crystals . The session will begin with a meditation to open the circle and set intentions , followed by are or two card oracle reading . Then we will begin with the healing the session. After healing there will be an opportunity to talk about what may have come up during the session to help each individual process the experience followed by reading one oracle card and provide guidance . we will then close the sacred space with a grounding meditation. You can also take a photo of the oracle cards to keep .

what do I need to bring for couple/ small group sessions?

Couples and small groups will need to bring a yoga mat, cushion and or bolster, blanket , water and also an eye mask should you wish to wear one during the session. I also recommend bringing a notebook and pen so that you can write down any messages and or thoughts that may come up during or after the session.

How much space do we need for the couple/ small group sessions?

Couples/ 2 people- The space needs to be large enough so that both people can lie down straight on yoga mats comfortably, with enough space in between so that I can walk around each person. I will need to access each persons head, shoulders, ankles ,feet and at least one side of each persons body to carry out healing on the torso. Small groups up to 4 people- The space needs to be large enough so that we can all sit in a circle comfortably with space in the centre. There also needs to be enough space so all people can lie down flat on yoga mats comfortably in the circle , with enough space in between in each person so that I can walk around each person. I will need to access each persons head, shoulders, ankles ,feet and at least one side of each persons body to carry out healing on the torso.

Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows you to lie down and move freely—think loose trousers, leggings, or a soft top. You’re welcome to bring a water bottle, cosy blanket, journal, or any personal crystal you feel called to hold. Though I provide all necessary crystals and blankets for 1:1 sessions I understand that some people prefer to bring their own

How is a distance healing session carried out?

Distance healing sessions (like the Reiki Reset: Online Healing – three 45‑minute sessions for £150)bring the same care and impact as in-person ones, except you won't physically have hands on healing, all will be done energetically. We begin via video call by setting a clear intention and preparing your space for safety and comfort. During the session, I tune into your energy field and channel Reiki, with you often reporting warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation—even across the distance. Afterward, I share insights and follow-up guidance and you're welcome to connect for reflections or questions. Remote healing is a powerful way to reconnect and clear energy from anywhere in the world.s energy has no limits you will still benefit in the same way as an in person experience. The session will take place over Google Meet . A link will be provided after booking .

How should I prepare for my online session?

Make sure you have a good wifi connection Set aside a quiet, comfy space where you won’t be disrupted. Cleanse your space Have your device fully charged and positioned so I can see you gently (usually lying down or comfortably seated). Dim lights or light a candle if that helps you settle in. Have water nearby, and consider keeping a notepad ready for post-session reflections and anything that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. If you enjoy having music on, pick some gentle music to play during the session.. Arriving a few minutes early to breathe and centre yourself enhances the energetic flow and makes the session more restorative..

Under no circumstances should this modality be undertaken during the first or third trimester, due to the sensitive nature of both early and late pregnancy.Other energy-based modalities like Reiki and Crystal Healing can generally be supportive during the second and third trimester of  pregnancy, but every body and pregnancy is different.If you’re unsure whether a session is right for you, please consult your doctor first, and feel free to book a free consultation with me to discuss what’s safest and most supportive for you at this time.

While Spinal Energetics is a deeply supportive modality for many, it is not suitable for everyone.
