While every session is unique and guided intuitively based on your energy, we often begin by exploring what’s present in your life—emotionally, physically, energetically, or spiritually.From there, I guide you through a somatic and energetic journey that may include chakra reading and balancing, inner child healing, shadow work, ancestral exploration, guided visualization, and energy weaving. We work with the parts of you that are asking for attention, not to fix them, but to build a compassionate relationship with them. You may receive energy weaving transmissions, energetic activations, or messages from your guides, depending on what your system needs.My approach integrates energy weaving, deep chakra work, somatic guidance, universal parts work, and deep soul work, helping you process stuck emotions, realign your energetic system, and come back home to your power, purpose, and wholeness.

How should I prepare for my session?

Online Sessions:Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. You may want to wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and keep a journal close in case insights come through. Good headphones and stable internet are helpful. It’s best to log on a few minutes early to settle in and ground yourself. You’re welcome to light a candle or set up sacred items nearby to create a calming environment.In-Person Sessions:Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to land and relax. Wear something comfortable that allows you to move or breathe freely. You’re welcome to bring a journal or anything that supports you in feeling safe and open. I’ll have everything else prepared for you — just come as you are, open and willing to connect with your inner world.

You remain in full control at all times, and I’m here to gently guide and support you throughout the journey.
