What can I expect during a typical session?

Reiki is a hands-on technique that balances the 7 main chakras, or wheel vortexes, known as the centres of your energy field.  It allows the body, mind, and soul to relax completely.  The hand positions are non intrusive, and you will feel a surge of gentle heat or cooling in the 7 places on your physical body.  Some clients fall asleep while others may see bright, beautiful colours.  It is a detoxification of spirit.  Occasionally, you may feel emotional after sessions and staying hydrated is recommended.

What are the benefits of your sessions?

The benefits are in that the parasympathetic nervous system will be activated, boosting the immune system. You receive a natural high.

How should I prepare for my session?

Don't drink caffeine a week before, stay hydrated and avoid processed foods.  Wear comfortable clothes
