I’ve never had a Chakra Balancing session. What happens?

Before starting the session, we cleanse your aura. You’ll lie comfortably while we begin with an energy cleanse using ancient incense. Crystals are then placed on the seven chakra points to help release blockages and bring you back into balance. The session ends with a rebalancing and cleansing. You’ll also receive a Chakra Kit to continue your healing at home.

Yes, it’s gentle yet powerful. However, because it works on an energetic level, some people may experience emotional release or feel tired afterwards. That’s completely natural. We recommend taking it easy and staying hydrated after your session. We will provide you with plenty of water and recommend not to eat meat 24h before and after the session.

What if I booked a session but can’t attend?

We understand that life happens, and we’re flexible. If you've booked and paid for a session but are unable to attend, don’t worry. We offer you the opportunity to reschedule your session within 30 days of the original booking. Just let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.

Can I return a crystal after purchasing it?

Because crystals are natural, energetically sensitive items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been purchased. Each crystal is selected with care and intention, and we encourage customers to take their time when choosing.
