The Mindful Collage Creative Session is an activity that combines mindfulness practices with the artistic process of collage-making. Using a wide range of papers, patterns and pictures, you will create unique and personal pieces. 
In the session, we focus in the process of making, rather than the end result. We learn that creating is more than a tangible piece, but a state of mind, linked to problem solving, expression, active meditation, communication and crafting.
