What can I expect during a Reiki session?

During your session, you will learn about your personal energy centres and how they are all functioning. This is paired with cleansing and clearing so you can begin to feel less stuck in these areas.

For your first session, you will be guided through everything, if you choose to come back, it will be more focussed on relaxation and can be done in silence.

You will receive a crystal gift at the end for you to take home.

I use a combination of hand placements, mantras, symbols, crystals, lighting and music to set the perfect ambiance for you to receive this beautiful universal energy.

What is Reiki Healing ?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy through me, to you promoting balance and facilitating the body's natural healing process.

During a reiki session, I place my hands lightly on or just above your 7 main energy centres, allowing the energy to flow through them

This is all to do with energy fields, magnetic fields and chakras

Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside traditional medical treatments, and promotes overall well-being and improves spiritual connection.

Does the Reiki Room have step free access?

What can I expect during a Tarot session?

Accepted Answer

Before we start, we work through intention settings and tuning into your energy. We'll never just pull cards for the sake of it. You'll have each card explained and be able to take a photo of your full spread.

You can ask as many as you would like and as deep as you want to go within the session timeframe. You can ask for specific questions, a monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly or yearly forecast. Or a combination of all, it's completely up to you.

Is Tarot voodoo or fortune telling?

No. I always remind people they are cards, which align with divine guidance, at the exact time you are here, when you need it. Everyone has free will, what presents itself in the cards is there to help support and guide you, not to dictate your future.
