I offer individual 1-2-1 consultation where we assess your current breathing techniqes and after some explanation I teach you a few pranayama breathing exercises that will help you to calm down your parasympathetic nerves system to help you to feel calm and content. I am happy to teach you therapeutic pranayama breathwork as well if you have a specific health concern you want to focus on.

***Sound Bath/Sound Healing***
A transformative deep relaxation, meditation with the profound healing power of sound. Individual face-to-face Sound Healing Therapy/Sound Bath is a personalized experience designed to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. Through the use of carefully selected instruments, such as Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum and wind chimes. All you need to do is just lie down, close your eyes and enjoy the relaxation.

***Sound Bath + Tranquilizing Breathwork Group Session***
This session will begin with calming breathwork exercises, designed to centre you and prepare you for a state of deep relaxation. We will then transition to a sound bath, a transformative experience that combines meditation with the profound healing power of sound vibrations.
Sound Bath is a  form of sound meditation through the use of carefully selected instruments from India, such as Himalayan singing bowls, gong, bells and wind chimes. 
All you need to do is to lie down, close your eyes and enjoy the relaxation!
