However, I personally do not offer Reiki for women during the first trimester (weeks 1–12) of pregnancy. This is simply a precaution and part of my practice policy. I’d be happy to support you from the second trimester onward with gentle, nourishing energy work tailored to your needs as an expecting mother. 💛

Coming to a Reiki session with an open heart and mind is the best preparation. But here are a few gentle tips to help you get the most from your healing time:

Drink plenty of water before your session. Reiki helps move energy, and staying hydrated supports that process — especially after the session, too.

🧘‍♀️ 2. Wear Comfortable Clothing
Choose something cozy and non-restrictive. You’ll be lying down (or seated) during the session, so comfort is key.

🌬 3. Give Yourself Time
Try not to rush in. If possible, give yourself a few quiet moments beforehand to settle your mind. Arriving a little early can help you ground and relax.
