What will I experience during a Crystal Reiki & Sound Healing session?

You will lie fully clothed on a massage table, (bed or sofa for at-home sessions), while I move around you providing Reiki energy work and playing healing sound instruments like bowls and chimes. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, tingling or warmth sensations, or emotional releases. Prior to our session together, I will also either connect to your Akashic Records or the Tarot to channel insights relevant to your healing journey, which I’ll then share during the session.

Most people feel very relaxed, inspired and rejuvenated after, though some feel tired initially as the body integrates the energies. Resting and drinking water helps with the continued processing.

Once a month is typical for maintaining balance and wellbeing, though you can space them out further. For specific concerns, a series of weekly sessions may be recommended initially. But I always advice to use your intuition for when you feel like having another session.

Not at all! It’s perfect if for example you’re at a stage where you’re thinking of leaving your job and creating your own business instead.
