What can I expect during a typical session?

I put you, the client, at the centre of our session and tailor each session according to your individual needs. First, we’ll spend some time discussing your presenting issue. We’ll ascertain your desired outcome and spend some time really clarifying this so that you are getting exactly what you want from our work together.

I use various different techniques to help you work through the problem and towards your desired goal. For example, if you are struggling with self- confidence, I will select appropriate methods that fit for you to help you let go of old beliefs and patterns that are holding you back and help you move towards a stronger, more confident self.  One of my goals is to leave people in a better state than which I found them. Some of the work we do may be challenging or painful and it’s natural to feel a bit wobbly when we look at ourselves and our feelings closely – but this is a necessary part of the healing process.

Is the session safe for everyone?

Absolutely. I am also a trained therapist and will make sure you are in the right place to have coaching before we go ahead.

It's always helpful to have in mind some areas of focus or goals. We will clarify the direction of our work together in our first session - no need to have it all figured out.
