What can I expect during a typical session?

Classes are online on zoom. Cameras can be on or off but please remain muted while in class.  Qigong Flow is a standing practice but can be modified to sitting in a chair as needed by the participant. A seated demonstration will be provided at the beginning of class.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early as class will begin promptly on the hour. Class begins with a 5 -10 min introduction then we will move into a 50 minute Qigong Flow practice. The class is fully guided and there is no memorization of movements or equipment required.

Most people report feeling calmer with less stress and tension in their bodies and minds. People also report improvement or resolution of sensations of physical discomfort and a greater feeling of oneness with life replacing their anxious minds.

How should I prepare for my session?

Please log on 5-10 minutes early as we will begin class promptly on the hour. Please wear loose fit clothing that is comfortable to move around it with no restrictions around the waist. Practice can be done in a flat warm space where you are able to move your arms freely around and above your head. Sneakers, flats, or barefoot is perfectly acceptable and there is no equipment required. Class is taught standing but can be modified to sitting at any point in time. Ideally practicing Qigong Flow outdoors in best but only in good weather. If you do chose to practice indoors try and be near a natural light source (window).
