What happens during an RTT hypnotherapy session?

I will use techniques in hypnosis to guide you to reach a deeply relaxed state, enabling you to focus on past events that were the root cause of your issues by accessing and communicating with your subconscious mind.

To address the root cause, I will help you interpret the meaning you created at the time the issues came into your life, and the beliefs you formed as a result, in order to make the connections and give you a deeper understanding of why and when they started and why it’s still affecting you today.

I will then assist you to release and reframe your negative thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs, as well as the way you look at your past from your today’s ‘adult’ perspective.

This powerful, transformative part of the process is crucial in upgrading your belief systems, enabling you to live a life that is aligned with your purpose and become the person you’ve always meant to be.

What happens after the session?

A personalised transformational hypnosis recording will be created specifically for you to help you reprogramme new positive thought patterns and self-beliefs to unlock your full potential.

It is important to note that RTT is a collaborative process that involves you doing the work of listening to this recording every day at least once a day throughout the 21-day period. This is fundamental in reinforcing your transformation and positive change; The more you listen to the recording, the better. But please refrain from listening to it while driving as it can make you drowsy.

How long is a session?

The actual hypnosis session lasts on average between 90 minutes to 2 hours, although in some rare cases where the client has deep-rooted issues, this may take up to 3 hours.

Does it work online?

Hypnosis works just as effectively via video call as it does in person, enabling you to experience the same transformative result in the comfort of your personal space. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, uninterrupted space to begin your journey to positive change.

Is RTT hypnotherapy safe?

Yes, it is completely safe.

To debunk any myths or misconceptions, RTT hypnotherapy and stage hypnotism are NOT the same.

In RTT, you are always in control; I cannot make you say or do anything you don’t want to do when you’re in hypnosis.
You can come out of hypnosis whenever you want. In fact, to be in hypnosis is a very common natural state, quite similar to daydreaming or the first few minutes of falling asleep where you can feel your eyes begin to flutter as your body becomes deeply relaxed.

Despite the remarkable transformation RTT offers, it should not be used instead of appropriate medical care. RTT is NOT suitable for individuals with a history of mental illness, such as dissociative disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, auditory/visual hallucinations, and epilepsy.

If you have any questions or concerns about whether or not to use these methods and techniques, please seek advice and written consent from your GP before using any form of self-treatment.

How many sessions will i need?

RTT uncovers the root cause of your issues rapidly, saving you hours or even years in traditional talk therapy. Some clients experience massive breakthroughs in just one session, while others may need 2-3 sessions. For more complex or deep-rooted issues, such as anxiety, long-term depression, or eating disorders, several additional sessions might be necessary.

RTT is the most effective when you focus on addressing one issue at a time, although overlapping issues like confidence and self-esteem can be addressed simultaneously. During your initial consultation, we can discuss your specific needs and determine if additional sessions will be required for other areas of concern.

Many clients also continue to work with me, using RTT and coaching to transform various areas of their lives.
