What can I expect during a typical session?

Each session is a little different, because I work intuitively and tailor the healing to your energy and needs on the day. Here's a sense of what the process might look like:Online Reiki (30 minutes)Once you book, I’ll ask for a brief check-in (by message or voice note) so I can understand where your energy is at. During your session, you’ll lie down somewhere quiet while I send Reiki remotely, focusing on clearing, balancing, and softening the places you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Afterwards, I’ll send you a voice note or message with anything that came through, messages, imagery, or guidance.In- Person Reiki (1 hour)We begin with a short chat to tune into what’s present in your body, mind, and energy. You’ll then lie fully clothed on a massage table while I offer hands- on or hands- above energy healing, depending on your preference, which I fully respect may change on the day. You may feel warmth, tingling, release, or just deep calm. After the session, I’ll share what I noticed and offer aftercare guidance.Shamanic Energywork (1 hour)This work is deeper and more spirit led. After a checkin, I may use tools like drumming, rattles, or journeying techniques to connect with your energetic field and spirit guides or ancestors. The process may include soul retrieval, power restoration, or ancestral healing  depending on what you’re ready for. You’ll remain lying down and relaxed throughout, and we’ll talk about what emerged afterwards.Holistic Spiritual Coaching (1 hour)This is a conversation based four pack of sessions with spiritual depth. You bring what’s on your heart or mind- it could be a creative block, emotional challenge, life transition, or spiritual shift, and we explore it together. Expect a mix of intuitive insight, grounded reflection, and practical steps to support your inner clarity.

Many feel relief, peace, and unexpected clarity even from a distance.In-Person ReikiHelps clear emotional stagnation, reduce physical tension, calm an overactive mind, and bring balance back to your body and energy field. Clients often leave with softened nervous systems and a deeper sense of presence.Shamanic EnergyworkThis work supports deep soul level healing. Benefits may include feeling more whole, releasing inherited patterns or traumas, restoring lost energy or confidence, and reconnecting with inner power and ancestral strength.Spiritual CoachingGives you clarity when you're at a crossroads. It can support personal growth, spiritual development, emotional processing, and creative unfolding. Think of it as a mirror held up to your higher self with no fluff.

How should I prepare for my session?

For all sessions, it's best to come with an open heart, no rush, and space to rest afterwards. It's natural to be slightly sceptical, but these services aren't for anyone completely unwilling to trust in the process.Online ReikiFind a quiet place where you can lie down undisturbed for at least 30 minutes. No need to be on video, just relax and let the energy do the work. You might want to light a candle, play soft music, or simply lie in silence.In- Person Reiki & Shamanic EnergyworkWear comfortable clothes. Avoid stimulants beforehand if you can (coffee, alcohol, heavy foods). Arrive hydrated and on time. You don’t need to come with anything prepared we’ll talk through what’s coming up for you on the day.Spiritual CoachingBring a notebook if you like we might uncover insights or guidance you want to write down. Come with whatever’s alive for you. You don’t need to be “sorted” just willing to show up honestly.

Is the session safe for everyone?

My sessions are trauma informed and gentle, but not suitable for everyone.I do not work with pregnant clients (at any stage of pregnancy), as both Reiki and deep energetic work can bring on intense releases that aren't advisable during pregnancy.I do work with Transgender, Non Binary, and gender diverse people, and aim to hold a safe, respectful space for all identities and expressions. Your name, pronouns, and personal experience will be honoured throughout.If you are currently experiencing unmanaged mental health conditions (such as psychosis), please consult your mental health provider before booking. I don’t diagnose or prescribe this work is complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or psychological care.
