What can I expect during a typical session?

Please be prepared to keep an open mind and understand a lot of the work we do together might go beyond the conscious mind. My favourite techniques include somatic exercises, meditations and guided visualisations. Sometimes I might get additional help from oracle cards (a quantum mechanism: answers you are seeking being reflected back to you).

What are the benefits of your sessions?

The purpose of the session  is to rebuild your confidence in your own abilities, to show you how to take ownership of your life and help you build conscious relationships.  You will often hear Maria talk about light and dark aspects of our psyche, incorporating spirituality into reality,  getting a healthy balance between the "feminine"  and "masculine" within, as well as how to efficiently drive manifestations forward using an inspired action first.

How should I prepare for my session?

Accepted Answer

All I need from you is to carve out 1hr of your day at a place where you feel at peace (without distractions from the outside world). Throughout the session, you may feel vulnerable and even cry, so it is important to set some time aside to make a hot drink, prepare tissues at hand and bullet point anything that has kept you stuck/you are ready to discuss with me.

Maria, founder of My Transformation Space, is a certified NLP coach and Women’s Circles facilitator.  Her work features a blend of the spiritual and material world as she is incorporating practices inspired both by the subconscious mind and the power of co-creating with the Universe.  She has spent a lot of time experimenting with the spiritual world, so you don't have to. Part of her work will be to give you tips how to accelerate change without the need repeat the same karmic lessons over time.

Is the session safe for everyone?

Whilst the session includes ‘talk-therapy’ elements, it is not suitable for individuals who are looking to work with a therapist or are seeking help to overcome a traumatic experience.
