I believe that we come into the world, knowing exactly who it is who we are, and those around us (by no fault of their own) condition us in how we "should" be.

How "should" we be the perfect daughter, perfect student, perfect member of society - and slowly but surely, our true essence is forgotten.

We've learnt to fit in when we were born to stand out.

These sessions act as a permission slip for you remember who you are, and allow it to be that way.

Unapologetically.

Because the more you step into your unique sense of being, the more you allow those around you to do the same.

Having this wisdom and understanding can elevate your life in quite profound ways, as you begin to relax into the true essence of your being.

As you begin to embody you naturally are, life will feel much more like an adventure than an uphill struggle.
