Facials at Sovereign Wellness are crafted to help your skin be at its best, we choose to use products and techniques that don't overload your skin but enhance its natural features. The passion we have for over skin health and care comes through in our bespoke treatments.

How should I prepare for my session?

Massage: For a massage treatment of any kind, we ask that you come in comfortable clothes, something you feel at home in. Makeup and jewelry kept to a minimum and make sure you are hydrating before and after your treatment. We understand that not everyone is coming from home, so as long as you come ready to focus on your treatment you are good to go.

Facials: For a facial of any kind, we ask that you come with minimal makeup, minimal jewelry and a top that is easy to change out of. Try and have a base knowledge of your skin type, issues and your current skincare routine. We understand that not everyone is coming from home so as long as you come ready to focus on your treatment and relax you are good to go.

Is the session safe for everyone?

The majority of treatments we provide are safe for everyone. If anyone under 18 would like to book a massage treatment and or facial we ask that they provide parental consent on arrival. This can be in a letter or email from the parent or guardian. The minimum age for treatments is 16 years of age and the treatments will be appropriately adjusted to suit the client.
