What can I expect during a typical session?

The only typical part about a session is that as such, it has a beginning and an end.  During the session, you will lie down with an audio that Tania will provide, and simply relax to start receiving the Light codes that will start working on your energy system.  You may fall asleep, you may feel the energy moving around in your body, with popping, tickling, warming, cold sensations; you may see lights, colours, see images, or simply enjoy the music and feel the deep relaxation.  It varies, depending on your own particular needs at the time of the session.

What are the benefits of your sessions?

Clients consistently relay a feeling of profound peace, relaxation and rejuvenation, feeling chilled and energised.   Additionally, they start experiencing a sense of unveiling, they begin to see their reality through a different, clearer and sharper glass, giving them a broader and deeper understanding of their life and renewed strength and enthusiasm.

How should I prepare for my session?

Accepted Answer

We will meet briefly on zoom for a physical preparation through breathwork and movement.  You will need somewhere to lie down without interruptions, fresh water close to you to start rehydrating and grounding right after the session is over or you wake up, as it is common to fall asleep, and earphones to listen to the audio I will provide you.
