Come with an open mind and heart. It can be helpful to bring one challenge/dilema to the session. Through the session, we will work together to address this using your Human Design chart and various coaching techniques.

When I work with clients, either during their reading or subsequent coaching sessions, I strive for empathy and impartiality. It is important that the sessions allow you the chance to explore your authenticity and take away actionable steps on how you can continue to do this.

What can I expect from a Human Design reading?

Human Design is a part science, part spiritual tool that is used to help you come back into alignment and live your most authentic life. Founded by Ra Uru Hu 36 years ago it takes from Kabbalah, Astrology, I Ching, Ayurveda and Quantum physics to give you the blueprint to your authentic life. The exact time, place and date of when you were born, your atoms came into being fully whole and authentic. Working with your Human design can remind you where you have been deconditioned from this over your lifetime, and how to reconnect with your authentic self.

You should expect a reader who respects your pace and is flexible in their approach. A good reading is a blend of in-depth insights into your chart, practical advice for integrating this newfound knowledge into your life, and space for reflection and questions. It’s about empowering you, not just inundating you with information.

How should I prepare for my session?

All you need is your time, place and date of birth. These will be shared with your reader ahead of the session. After the session you will be presented with your chart and any additional supporting journaling prompts.

Yes, as an experienced coach and energy reader, I will work with you to share the details of your chart in a tone of voice and pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether your preference is more science and psychology based or more spiritual, I flex my style to suit your needs.

I personally find the tool to be incredibly universal. It is particularly useful to help you if you feel stuck or a looking to make a big life decision such as a career change or explore relationship. The tool helps inform how best you personally should go about making things happen and making decisions. My most frequent clients tend to be exploring career change, a location shift or looking for a general sense of purpose.
