During both one-to-one and group sessions you can expect to be warmly welcomed into an energetically cleansed space that has been thoughtfully curated to enhance your experience. What are the benefits of your sessions?

There are a multitude of benefits that can be experienced during sessions. The process aims to clear any energetic blocks, harmonise your energy field and strengthen your personal flow using intention, sound, plant energy, crystals, reiki and intuition. Sound, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation have all been shown to regulate the autonomic nervous system, decreasing cortisol levels and reducing the fight/flight/freeze symptoms. Reiki is a gentle complementary therapy that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a state of relaxation thereby reducing stress and anxiety. The combination of modalities works to calm your central nervous system, allowing your body and mind space space to relax and reset. In addition you also can enjoy a phone/screen free space during your time in the studio.

How should I prepare for my session?

Wear comfortable clothing, bring warm socks and a water bottle.

Eating a plant based diet and staying well hydrated in the run up to the session may enhance your overall experience. It is not advisable to eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol before the session.

By the end of the session correct energy flow will be restored to your energetic body. You should leave feeling grounded, empowered and reattuned to your natural energetic flow with a deep sense of embodiment.

It is useful to come to the session with an intention - please come with an open heart and mind.

Is the session safe for everyone?

Sound, energy and crystal healing are all generally considered safe and effective practices, however there are certain situations where caution is advised.

Please consult your doctor/a medical practitioner before attending a session if you have any of the following contraindications:

Are pregnant – sound travels faster through fluid, so it is not advised to receive sound therapy in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Please seek medical advice before attending in all other stages of pregnancy.

You suffer from any neurological disorders including but not limited to epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease or have a Deep Brain Stimulation Device (DBS).

You have an implanted heart pacemaker, artificial heart valves, an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), coronary stent, cardiac shunt, metal implants or inserts in the body (not including tooth fillings).

Have recently had surgery.

Suffer with acute inflammation or tumours.

No medical claims are made about the use of crystal singing bowls and they are not an alternative to medical advice.

If you suffer from sound sensitivity or are highly sensitive to energy, then you can still attend a session using sound healing/frequencies but it is advisable to position yourself further away from the source of sound.

In some instance you may experience heightened emotions, tears or occasionally experience physical sensations because of shifting energy. This is normal and part of the process.

Please be aware the incense, resin and/or wood are burnt before, during and after sessions resulting in smoke in the air which could affect people with asthma or breathing difficulties. Products containing essential oils are also used.
