Fluum Community Standards

Welcome to Fluum! We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for our users. These Community Standards outline the do's and don’ts of using Fluum. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these guidelines. If you encounter any content that violates these standards, please report it.

1. Adult Content

We respect freedom of expression but also recognize the legal and ethical implications of adult content.

You may not:

Upload or display adult media and offerings (images, videos, nudity & adult services) in your Fluum profile, avatar, link thumbnails, or embedded content.
Advertise full-service sex work.
Share AI-generated adult content that impersonates another individual.
Use Fluum payment services to collect funds for adult content.

2. Hate Speech

Fluum does not tolerate hate speech. We prohibit content that incites violence, discrimination, or harm based on factors such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.

3. Electoral Fraud

Do not use Fluum to mislead or interfere with elections, including misinformation about voting procedures or the eligibility of voters.

4. Username & URLs

Fluum usernames are meant for active users. Do not:

Buy, sell, or trade usernames.
Hoard usernames without intending to use them.
Engage in cybersquatting or domain squatting.

5. Illegal Goods & Services

You may not use Fluum to promote or facilitate the sale of illegal or regulated goods and services, including but not limited to:

Alcohol
Controlled substances and tobacco products
Weapons, explosives, and ammunition
Stolen or counterfeit goods
Personal data or identity documents
Gambling, human trafficking, or illegal financial schemes

You may not offer or promote services that require licensure or regulatory approval unless you hold and display the appropriate credentials. This includes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advisory services.

6. Spam & Fraud

Fluum does not allow spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities, including:

Collecting personal information under false pretenses.
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate engagement or financial gain.
Hosting scams, fake giveaways, or deceptive business practices.

7. Harassment & Bullying

We strive to foster a respectful community. You may not:

Target individuals for harassment, bullying, or threats.
Share non-consensual intimate media.
Encourage or glorify violent behavior.

8. Extremist & Terrorist Content

Fluum prohibits content that promotes, glorifies, or funds extremist or terrorist organizations.

9. Child Safety

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation. Any content that endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material or predatory behavior, will be reported to authorities.

10. Self-Harm & Suicide

While we support discussions around recovery, Fluum does not allow content that:

Encourages or idealizes self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating.
Provides methods or instructions for self-harm.

If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out to crisis support organizations.

11. Shocking & Violent Content

Fluum does not allow content that includes excessive violence, gore, or abuse intended to shock or disturb users.

12. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or patents. If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated, report it.

13. Privacy & Impersonation

We value privacy and prohibit:

Sharing personal information (e.g., IDs, addresses) without consent.
Impersonating individuals or organizations in a misleading manner.
Distributing non-consensual explicit images or AI-generated deepfakes.

If you collect personal data from users, ensure compliance with privacy laws and provide a clear privacy notice.

14. Misinformation & Disinformation

Do not use Fluum to spread false or misleading information that could harm public safety, including:

Manipulated media, fake news, or conspiracy theories.
False health claims that contradict scientific consensus.
AI-generated content used to mislead or harm others. Any AI-generated content (including text, images, or video) must be clearly labelled where it may mislead others into believing it is human-generated. You may not use AI-generated voices, likenesses, or synthetic media to impersonate real individuals without their explicit consent.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these Community Standards may result in:

Content & Services removal
Account suspension or termination
Reporting to law enforcement (if applicable)

We reserve the right to take enforcement action based on context and severity. This may include removing content, disabling features, suspending or terminating accounts, or withholding payouts. Decisions are made at Fluum’s sole discretion and are final.

15. Platform Integrity

Users may not engage in behaviour that undermines the integrity, trust, or functionality of the Fluum platform, including:

Circumventing fees or payout rules;
Interfering with platform features or security;

You may not use automation, bots, or other mechanisms to inflate engagement, bookings, reviews, or other platform metrics.

You must not misuse Fluum’s systems, including scraping data, reverse engineering features, or creating multiple accounts to game referrals or other incentives.

16. Misleading Offers & Membership Conduct

Solopreneurs must accurately represent their services, pricing, and membership benefits. Do not:

Offer memberships or recurring services without clear descriptions of content, frequency, and duration;
Advertise services or content you do not intend to deliver;
Change key elements of a paid offering without informing Clients;
Use scarcity or urgency tactics in a deceptive way.

All promotional claims must be accurate, verifiable, and legally compliant.

18. Dispute & Review Behaviour

Fluum encourages honest feedback and professional dispute resolution. You may not:

Harass users through messages, reviews, or social media following negative experiences;
Incentivise or coerce reviews in exchange for services, discounts, or rewards;
Post defamatory or misleading reviews;
Weaponise refund or dispute processes.

Fluum reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews or responses that violate this policy.

19. Transparency of Identity & Services

Solopreneurs must provide accurate representations of their identity, services, credentials, and affiliations.
You may not:

Falsely present yourself as affiliated with a company, organisation, or licensed professional body;
Use titles such as “Dr.”, “therapist”, or “certified coach” unless you possess appropriate and verifiable credentials.

Fluum may request verification to confirm the legitimacy of your identity or service claims.
