Yes. Cancel anytime through Settings, then Billing. There are no cancellation penalties. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. This applies to any plan: monthly, quarterly, and annual.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through Settings, then Billing. Your data, matches, and conversation history carry over. The new plan takes effect immediately. If you are on a monthly plan, you are able to switch to quarterly or annual billing at any time.

No long-term contracts on monthly plans. Annual plans offer the best value with 30%, and you are still able to cancel at any time. The Grow plan includes a 14-day free trial on both monthly, quarterly and annual billing.

Fluum does not charge platform fees on paid plans. Stripe applies standard payment processing fees on client transactions. Fluum does not add a markup to Stripe's fees.
