Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel anytime through Settings, then Billing. There are no cancellation penalties. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. This applies to any plan: quarterly and annual.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through Settings, then Billing. Your data, matches, and conversation history carry over. The new plan takes effect immediately. If you are on a quarterly plan, you are able to switch to annual billing at any time.

What does "unlimited warm leads" mean?

Accepted Answer

It means Fluum continuously surfaces new prospects that match your ICP from across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the Fluum Network, our internal database of over 1,000,000 decision-makers spanning multiple sectors. There is no cap on the number of leads you see. Annual plan members get the same access at a lower effective quarterly cost.

Are there any payment processing fees?

Fluum does not charge platform fees on paid plans. Stripe applies standard payment processing fees on client transactions. Fluum does not add a markup to Stripe's fees.
